RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unaltered or defective merchandise within 15 days from received date of your merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 15 days.
Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging, hang tags, and non return tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was received. Items returned might be subject to a reduced refund if not in the original vendor packaging and/or not in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. We do reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy.
Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment) on the Merchandise Return form. Please use the return label provided (Full Price Merchandise Only) to ensure proper return address and credit information.
If you opt to not choose this method, you may return your order with your own choice of carrier to : Yoana Baraschi, Returns Department 330 West 38th Street, Suite 511 New York, NY 10018. Please be sure to ship your package using a tracking number and insured method. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return package. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return and will be credited back to the original payment method. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit before posting to your account.
- Return or exchange will not be accepted after 15 days from date of purchase.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Non-return tag must be attached.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. For your convenience, all orders containing full price items will include a Fed Ex return label. There is a fee of $9.95 on all returns received, regardless of return method.
- Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team.
- International orders are final sale.
- We do not accept returns on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for another size, if available.
- Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. In order to avoid any delays in processing your exchange, we recommend that you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.
